Trench composting and how to do it

Trench composting is a really simple technique to get rich nutrients into your soil.  Trench composting is particularly good for crops that need a lot of nutrients like peas . In this instalment of the veg gardeners’ glossary  @AllotmentAlice lets us know exactly what trench composting is and shows us how easy it is to do. You’ll see that it’s a great way to re-use your kitchen scraps too!
